DG Down $1.75 Earnings, secondary offering. Earnings okay, but secondary offering puts stock under pressure. 
HPQ Up 14 cents. Seeks damages from ORCL. Seeking damages from ORCL for software support. Trading up a bit, but gains could be short-lived as chart is still ugly. 
JPM Down 27 cents. Trading losses grow. Bloomberg reporting that trading losses might have grown to $4.2 Billion. Stock continues to move lower, may find some initial support in 30 area, with major support in 28 area. 
SBUX Down 1 point. Acquires Bay Bread. (Bloomberg) Acquires Bay Bread for $100 M in cash. Yesterday’s low of 51.49 may provide some support.
FDX Offered down. Increases dividend, announces one-time charge. FDX raises it’s dividend by a whopping penny, but also announces a 26 cent charge against 4th quarter results. Breaking down through   support at 85 yesterday, stock has some air below.
