We are getting a pop off a couple of good earnings reports.  CSCO beat and is up sharply, giving a lift to the tech sector.  ANF blew the numbers away, which is lifting the apparel retailers.  Overall, it is somewhat concerning that earnings have been very good the last couple of days, but the market has failed to hold onto gains.  Premarket trading analysis:
