The concerning thing about yesterday’s rally was how many major S&P components did not participate.  Stocks like DE, CAT, and VZ all closed down.  Perhaps that was a tell, as the market is following suit this morning.  Earnings from BAC, INTC, YHOO, ABT, and MAT.  Preview of AXP, and EBAY tonight.  Premarket trading analysis:
